Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals through excellent customer service and brand representation
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of company history, customer service protocols, product knowledge, and policy procedures
- Execute Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines to the highest standard
- Perform all omni-channel service initiatives and retail processes
