Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals whilst delivering exceptional customer service that represents Diesel brand values
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across Diesel's denim and casual wear collections to serve as a trusted resource for customers
- Maintain thorough understanding of company history, customer service policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Execute omnichannel service initiatives and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Build and nurture client relationships, prioritizing customer satisfaction and creating world-class retail experiences
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for premium denim and Diesel culture
- Fashion expertise with recognized reputation as a go-to resource for industry trends and product knowledge
