Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of company heritage, customer service protocols, product knowledge, and organizational policies and procedures
- Deliver best-in-class individual performance aligned with Diesel's customer service and visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Execute all omni-channel service initiatives and retail operations
