Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service aligned with Diesel brand standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company history, customer service protocols, product offerings, and store policies and procedures
- Execute visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines to present products in alignment with brand standards and seasonal directives
- Perform omnichannel service initiatives and drive customer engagement across all retail touchpoints
