Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store sales targets whilst providing consistently excellent customer service
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of company history, customer service protocols, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Uphold Diesel's visual merchandising, merchandising guidelines, and service standards in all customer interactions
- Execute omnichannel service initiatives and support digital retail integration
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, cultivating client relationships and delivering world-class retail experiences
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for premium denim and Diesel brand culture
- Fashion industry knowledge and recognized expertise in current trends and product offerings
