Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store performance targets through excellent customer service and brand representation
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of company heritage, customer service standards, product knowledge, and operational policies and procedures
- Deliver exceptional performance aligned with Diesel's customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines
- Execute all omnichannel service initiatives and retail programs
- Build and nurture client relationships to create memorable brand experiences
- Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation throughout shifts
