OTB seeks a Sales Associate in Atlanta to deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales for its fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑end customer service to cultivate long‑term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate brand storytelling to clients.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, cash handling and returns in accordance with company procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure a pristine, on‑brand boutique environment.
- Assist with stock reception, inventory control and loss‑prevention measures.
- Participate in store events, product launches and targeted clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably 1+ years; experience with luxury or premium brands is advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable commercial results.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills; comfortable serving a high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of one year of retail sales experience; prior work with luxury, designer, or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent professional retail experience will be considered.
