OTB seeks a part‑time Sales Assistant in Berlin. Join the store team to deliver premium client service and support daily retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, personalised customer service and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process transactions, and manage cash handling accurately.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation through visual merchandising and regular floor replenishment.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving deliveries, inventory replenishment and stock counts.
- Assist in achieving daily and weekly sales targets and participate in promotional activities and events.
- Adhere to brand standards, loss‑prevention procedures and store operational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in German; good command of English is an advantage.
- Customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a related service role preferred.
- Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Professional demeanour, attention to detail and a client‑centric mindset.
- Eligible to work in the country of employment and able to pass any required background checks.

Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Previous exposure to premium or luxury brands will be considered a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is an asset.
