About OTB Group

OTB — Sales Advisor (CDD) for MM6 in Paris. Temporary retail role selling MM6 at a department store location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver refined, client-focused service in line with MM6 brand standards; build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, personalised recommendations and upselling.
- Manage all transactional activity: operate POS, process payments, gift-wrapping, receipts and returns accurately.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to brand guidelines; receive, unpack and merchandise new deliveries.
- Support stock management and loss-prevention procedures: inventory counts, replenishment and backroom organisation.
- Collaborate with store and store management teams on floor rotations, events and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear focus on customer service and client retention.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Professional appearance and fluency in local retail etiquette.
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or contemporary fashion environment; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.
