Marni Client Advisor position on Madison Avenue, New York—drive luxury retail sales, build client relationships, and embody artistic brand excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with warm, professional, and personalized service reflective of Marni's artistic and sophisticated brand ethos
  • Provide expert product knowledge, styling guidance, and fashion recommendations tailored to individual client preferences and needs
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, strategic upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning
  • Build and develop an active client book, fostering long-term relationships through personalized follow-ups, event invitations, and styling sessions
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations aligned with their aesthetic and lifestyle
  • Uphold brand values, image, and retail standards at all times; stay current with brand heritage, new collections, and industry trends
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with Marni's design-centric brand guidelines
  • Process transactions efficiently using POS systems; manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care
  • Support back-office operations and participate in visual merchandising and styling activities

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle brands
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling abilities to authentically engage an international clientele
