OTB is hiring a Client Advisor in Milan — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and represent the maison with distinction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Manage client appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM with accurate customer profiles and purchase histories.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge across seasonal assortments, materials and brand heritage to advise clients effectively.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to the maison’s luxury specifications.
- Process transactions, handle cash and card payments, manage returns and exchanges according to policy.
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and basic stock reconciliation.
- Contribute to in‑store events, private appointments and VIP outreach initiatives to strengthen the client base.
- Uphold loss prevention procedures and store security guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion (typically 2+ years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑level client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Professional presentation and strong sense of discretion appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during peak retail periods as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of progressive retail experience in fashion or luxury goods, with evidence of meeting sales targets and managing high‑value client interactions. Prior boutique or maison experience is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, business or a related discipline is preferred.
