OTB seeks a Client Advisor in Milan: deliver luxury retail service, drive sales and cultivate client relationships in a boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in a luxury boutique environment, building long-term relationships and nurturing repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Manage the client journey end-to-end: greeting, product presentation, fitting/advice, transaction, and after‑sales follow-up.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and housekeeping to reflect brand positioning.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with stockroom inventory control and replenishment.
- Capture and update client data in CRM to support targeted communications, VIP servicing and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with store management on local marketing initiatives, events and private appointments for key clients.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for high-touch customer service and a strong commercial orientation.
- Previous retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to engage an affluent clientele.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Fluent in the local language; additional languages are advantageous (not explicitly required in the source).
