OTB is hiring a full-time Client Advisor in Madrid — a luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales and store excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients with a focus on long-term relationship building and client retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling and clienteling strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including appointments, product presentation, fitting, payment and after‑sales follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling and heritage of the brand.
- Use the store CRM to log client interactions, update profiles and execute targeted outreach and follow-ups.
- Support visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor and stockroom organised and merchandised to brand guidelines.
- Participate in store events, VIP appointments and trunk shows to cultivate high-value relationships.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions and compliance with store policies and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs and develop client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Legal right to work in Spain and fluency in Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
- Professional appearance and a meticulous attention to brand presentation and detail.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, with a demonstrable sales record and hands-on client-facing responsibility.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or further education in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous.
