OTB / Margiela seeks a Sales Advisor (24h) for the Bruton Street boutique in London — part‑time retail role delivering high‑touch client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business at the Bruton Street boutique.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and upselling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories and seasonal collections and communicate the Maison’s design philosophy to clients.
  • Execute client outreach and follow‑up activities using CRM tools and reservation systems to build pipeline and convert appointments.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and window displays meet brand standards and rotate product to maximise impact.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Support stock management: receiving, tagging, replenishment, and periodic inventory counts.
  • Contribute to in‑store events, private appointments and sample viewings, coordinating with the store and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within fashion or accessories (typically 1–3 years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to cover a 24‑hour weekly schedule and peak trading periods.
  • Right to work in the UK.
