OTB is hiring a Sales Advisor (fixed-term) for the Women's Spring collection in Paris. Join the boutique team to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a refined, client-centric retail experience for the women's spring collection, proactively engaging customers and building lasting relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling, including follow-up and appointment management.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, replenishment and housekeeping to reflect seasonal brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and manage basic cash-handling procedures.
- Support stock management: receipt, tagging, stock rotation and participation in inventory counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Contribute to in-store events, collection launches and local marketing initiatives as required by store management.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury retail.
- Availability for a fixed-term (CDD) contract including flexible hours, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to present the seasonal womenswear assortment with authority and sensitivity to fit, fabric and styling.
- Sound numerical accuracy for transactions and basic stock control.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail experience in fashion or luxury environments; experience with seasonal collection launches or temporary assignments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields is a plus.
