OTB seeks a Sales Advisor (CDD) in Paris: fixed-term retail position delivering client service and sales in a luxury fashion boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and create personalised shopping experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Actively pursue and meet daily and monthly sales targets through direct selling and clienteling activities.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and execute merchandising directives to reflect brand positioning.
  • Manage stockroom operations including inventory control, replenishment and accurate tagging.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and perform cash handling with precision.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures, assist in loss-prevention measures and maintain store housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with the store team and store management to share market feedback and local intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or premium/luxury retail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused demeanour and professional presentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to close sales and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable with routine numeric tasks such as cash reconciliation and basic stock reporting.
  • Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
