Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver in-person and digital training programmes for all collections and product categories across European retail teams
- Lead Selling Ceremony training and sales technique workshops to drive retail performance and key performance indicators
- Conduct in-store visits to assess training impact, observe team performance, and gather feedback for continuous programme improvement
- Measure and track training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with company strategy and individual learning pathways
- Coordinate pre- and post-training activities with the Learning team and collaborate with central and regional teams to refine training content
- Serve as the primary training reference for product teams and merchandise Europe, supporting team development initiatives
- Create and maintain a centralized training calendar aligned with seasonal collections and organizational learning strategy
Qualifications
- Currently serving as Regional Manager or Area Manager with desire to transition into training and development
- Demonstrated mastery of retail sales techniques and strong ability to interpret KPI metrics
- Proficiency with digital tools and learning platforms
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and complex schedules
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and French
- Italian language skills preferred
