OTB is hiring a Selling Supervisor in Miami Design District — lead the retail team, drive sales and deliver luxury client experiences in Miami.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff through on-the-floor training, performance reviews and targeted action plans to elevate clienteling and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock movements, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver exceptional client experience by actively selling, cultivating relationships with VIP clients and implementing CRM/clienteling strategies.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll inputs and adherence to labour rules while ensuring adequate coverage for peak trading periods and events.
- Partner with store management and regional leadership on promotions, product launches and in-store activations; ensure brand presentation and merchandising directives are consistently applied.
- Implement loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment; experience within luxury or premium fashion brands strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing retail teams through coaching and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-value clients and internal stakeholders.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in retail sales with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; prior exposure to luxury fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
