OTB Spa is hiring a Retail Operations Manager in Mexico City to lead multi-store operations and drive retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations, ensuring alignment with company standards, brand guidelines, and department store requirements
- Lead operational execution for store openings, relocations, remodels, and closures
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations
- Conduct store visits and operational audits to ensure consistency, compliance, and effective execution
- Oversee inventory management processes including stock control, cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and merchandise movements
- Partner with Loss Prevention and security providers to minimize shrinkage and safeguard company assets, employees, and customers
- Support expense management and cost-control initiatives across the retail network
- Review operational and financial performance indicators and recommend actions to improve results
- Lead operational improvement initiatives, process standardization projects, and cross-functional business initiatives
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to store management teams
- Partner with Retail, Finance, HR, IT, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Control, and other corporate functions
- Manage relationships with department store partners and ensure compliance with their operational requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in multi-unit retail operations management
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, compliance, asset protection, and store project management
- Experience developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience with POS, ERP, and CRM systems
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel as required

5–7 years of experience in multi-unit retail operations management, with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
