OTB Korea seeks experienced Retail Manager for Maison Margiela, Jil Sander, Marni in Seoul. Lead retail strategy, store development, and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt brand strategies (Maison Margiela, Jil Sander, Marni, Diesel) consistently while responding to local market demands
- Build and expand retail store networks across multiple brands; manage new openings, relocations, extensions, and pop-up projects
- Negotiate and manage lease contracts with landlords, balancing critical terms and conditions to optimize operational efficiency
- Plan sales targets in collaboration with Finance and Managing Director; monitor performance against KPIs and analyse sales trends
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive summary reports for each brand and present findings to Area President and brand headquarters
- Implement retail excellence standards in accordance with headquarters guidelines and global policies
- Recruit, mentor, and manage store staff across all levels; handle personnel performance evaluations and address customer service issues
- Monitor customer service claims and ensure timely resolution within designated territories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in retail management
- Deep industry insight into luxury retail fashion business
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal capabilities
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in retail management within the luxury fashion industry, with demonstrated expertise in retail strategy development, store network expansion, and multi-brand portfolio oversight.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline preferred.
