OTB Spa seeks Retail Facility Manager in Milan to oversee 100+ stores in Italy and Europe. €70k–€80k annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate regional facility management teams for routine and extraordinary maintenance, cleaning, security, and ancillary facility services across the brand portfolio
- Define and implement standardized facility management processes and operating procedures at the intercompany level
- Develop integrated service plans with forecasting and control of OPEX and CAPEX budgets in collaboration with brand finance departments
- Coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions, including energy management initiatives in liaison with the corporate energy management office
- Provide operational support to brands during new store openings, relocations, and closures while managing store operations in coordination with Retail Operations and Interior Design teams
- Manage and supervise vendors and service contracts, monitoring service quality through periodic inspections and adherence to KPIs and SLAs
- Coordinate with Indirect Procurement and Legal departments to prepare competitive vendor selection processes and activate new supply contracts
- Maintain continuous and proactive communication with store managers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage and monitor specialized ticketing software systems
- Handle emergency response and extraordinary interventions at point-of-sale locations
- Collaborate with the HSE office to verify regulatory compliance at all sites and implement necessary corrective measures
- Prepare periodic reporting to senior management and key stakeholders on KPIs, costs, and vendor performance
- Participate in corporate sustainability and environmental impact reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree or technical diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Facility Management roles, preferably in retail, fashion, and/or luxury sectors
- Proven experience managing multi-site networks in complex, structured European contexts
- Demonstrated experience in team management and coordination in cross-functional and multi-country environments
- Proven competency in OPEX/CAPEX budget management and maintenance cost control
- Technical knowledge of building systems, mechanical and electrical installations, and interior design
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems and Project Management tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive orientation toward deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- High availability for business travel and flexibility to travel throughout Italy and abroad

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Facility Management roles, preferably within retail, fashion, and luxury sectors, with demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site networks across complex European operational contexts and coordinating facility teams in cross-functional, multinational environments.
Education
Degree or technical diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 70,000 to EUR 80,000 per annum.
