Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor production activities at external suppliers (third‑party manufacturers) for bijoux collections.
- Translate sales forecasts and customer orders into production requirements and release schedules.
- Maintain and update the master production plan to meet commercial deadlines and delivery windows.
- Coordinate production launches from prototyping/sample phase through to full production.
- Track order progress, escalate and chase suppliers to rectify delays and protect lead times.
- Work closely with Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Interface with Quality Control to guarantee product standards and compliance with specifications.
- Analyse and report on KPIs (lead time, delivery punctuality, production capacity) to inform decisions.
- Identify production bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to optimise timing and cost.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply‑chain and production processes.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably within fashion, accessories or bijoux.
- Practical knowledge of third‑party/contract manufacturing dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (examples cited: SAP, Stealth, PLM).
- Basic technical knowledge of bijoux materials and production processes (metals, galvanic finishing, specialised manufacturing techniques).

Approximately 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally within the fashion accessories or jewellery sector and with exposure to third‑party manufacturing relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, fashion technology, industrial engineering or a related discipline preferred.
