OTB Group / Staff International in Noventa Vicentina: Product Development Specialist, Knitwear for Dsquared2 — PLM, prototypes and collection development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead material sourcing and research specific to knitwear (yarns, trimmings, components).
- Prepare and maintain technical specification sheets and enter product master data, codifications and records into the PLM system.
- Drive collection development and manage seasonal advancement from concept through pre-production and sampling.
- Coordinate transfer of technical information to internal teams and external suppliers for prototyping and sample production.
- Manage work orders and production tracking (commesse), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with design, production, quality and supply‑chain teams to guarantee fit, compliance with specifications and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of product development experience with a primary focus on knitwear within luxury apparel.
- Proven experience using PLM systems and familiarity with Stealth.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing sample flows and supplier communications.

At least 3–4 years in product development roles with demonstrable experience focused on knitwear for the luxury apparel sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
