OTB Group / Staff International in Noventa Vicentina: Product Development Specialist, Knitwear for Dsquared2 — PLM, prototypes and collection development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead material sourcing and research specific to knitwear (yarns, trimmings, components).
  • Prepare and maintain technical specification sheets and enter product master data, codifications and records into the PLM system.
  • Drive collection development and manage seasonal advancement from concept through pre-production and sampling.
  • Coordinate transfer of technical information to internal teams and external suppliers for prototyping and sample production.
  • Manage work orders and production tracking (commesse), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with design, production, quality and supply‑chain teams to guarantee fit, compliance with specifications and brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of product development experience with a primary focus on knitwear within luxury apparel.
  • Proven experience using PLM systems and familiarity with Stealth.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing sample flows and supplier communications.

Experience
