Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the press showroom: schedule and host press and stylist appointments, prepare lookbooks and sample selections, and ensure an exemplary client experience.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound sample logistics, including packaging, courier selection, tracking, returns, and condition control for high‑value garments and accessories.
  • Oversee inventory and asset management for press samples: maintain accurate records, tag and photograph items, and execute regular audits to ensure traceability and condition.
  • Liaise with press agencies, stylists, boutiques, warehouses and international couriers to arrange deliveries, collections and temporary loans.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for international shipments — commercial invoices, ATA carnets and customs paperwork — in coordination with external freight forwarders.
  • Support press events, fittings, and fashion show preparations by coordinating sample flow, dressing assistance and logistics on-site as required.
