Role & Responsibilities

  • Register and maintain eligibility as a candidate covered by Italian Law 68/99 (Art. 1) for consideration across suitable vacancies within the OTB group.
  • Provide and update required documentation certifying protected-category status and any supporting medical or administrative records.
  • Engage with talent acquisition and HR teams for interviews, assessments and placement discussions across corporate and retail functions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to be considered for assignments across departments, shifts or locations within reasonable commuting distance.
  • Collaborate with HR to identify reasonable workplace accommodations and to support an inclusive onboarding process.
