OTB Group in Breganze, Italy seeks a Planning & Control Intern for Facility & Safety — budgeting, SAP PO processes and cost reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group Facility Planning Manager in drafting OPEX budgets for Facility & Safety across European sites.
- Prepare cost reports and financial analyses for facility expenditures, leveraging AI-supported analytical tools.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal manuals and procedures for correct management of SAP Purchase Orders.
- Verify and update the mapping of company offices and retail stores (openings, closures, relocations) and align service contracts accordingly.
- Support the manager in drafting and reviewing service contracts and statements of work for outsourced services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Facility, HSE, Indirect Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate) and external consultants and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent (or final-year student).
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel reporting and data analysis).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level / internship role suitable for final-year students or recent graduates. Prior internships or up to 12 months' experience in facility management, planning, procurement or corporate finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or current enrolment) in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
