Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pattern pieces according to creative design specifications for women's ready-to-wear garments
- Communicate pattern construction details to internal prototyping teams for garment realisation
- Manage technical specifications and compile sizing charts and grading tables across product categories
- Execute pattern refinement for sampling and production phases to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with design, product development, and production teams to support collection commercialisation and industrialisation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in women's ready-to-wear pattern making, with specific expertise in lightweight garments and trousers
- Advanced proficiency with CAD systems (Lectra Modaris)
- Experience managing technical specifications via PLM software platforms
- Proven knowledge of diverse textile categories including jersey, denim, and shirting materials
- Strong capability in collection development management from commercial sample through production industrialisation
- Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
