Staff International seeks an experienced Pattern Maker for its Noventa Vicentina facility, supporting the Dsquared2 menswear brand. The role encompasses creating patterns from original designs and new bases, communicating specifications to in-house tailoring teams, managing technical documentation and size matrices in PLM-Kubix software, and conducting pattern refinement for sampling and production. This position demands expertise in diverse garment categories including denim, trousers, and outerwear.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and develop patterns according to design specifications and original bases
- Communicate pattern specifications and technical details to internal tailoring teams for garment construction
- Manage timely delivery of patterns in accordance with production schedules
- Complete and maintain technical specification sheets, bill-of-materials documentation, and size matrices within PLM-Kubix system
- Conduct pattern grading and refinement for both sampling and production phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in menswear garment design and pattern-making
- Proficiency with LECTRA CAD software
- Demonstrated ability to create patterns for diverse garment types (denim, tailored trousers, outerwear, etc.)
- Strong team-working capability
- Problem-solving orientation with results-driven mentality
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment
- English language proficiency preferred

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in menswear garment design, pattern creation, and production pattern-making across diverse categories including denim, tailored trousers, and outerwear.
Education
Technical training or formal qualification in pattern-making, garment technology, or fashion design preferred.

Compensation
