Role & Responsibilities
- Develop pattern designs according to creative direction and new design bases
- Create explanatory patterns for production at internal tailoring departments
- Deliver all patterns within established timelines and specifications
- Manage and complete technical documentation, bill of materials, and measurement tables using PLM-Kubix software
- Identify and correct pattern defects for both sample collections and production runs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mens apparel pattern making
- Proficiency with LECTRA CAD software
- Demonstrated ability to develop patterns across diverse garment categories including outerwear, shirts, denim, trousers, and jackets
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Problem-solving capabilities with results-oriented mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic production environment

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mens apparel design and pattern development, with demonstrated expertise across multiple garment types including structured outerwear, shirts, denim, tailored trousers, and jackets.
