OTB is hiring an Outlet Manager in Milan, Italy to lead outlet operations, drive sales and manage store teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations of the outlet store, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
- Drive sales performance and local commercial initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly and seasonal targets.
- Recruit, coach and develop store staff; build a customer-focused, high-performing team through training, scheduling and performance management.
- Manage stockflow, inventory control and replenishment cycles to optimise availability and turnover.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards tailored for the outlet format, including pricing and promotional displays.
- Oversee loss-prevention, stock security and cash-handling procedures to protect margin and assets.
- Control store-level financials (P&L awareness): monitor costs, labour, shrinkage and local expenses.
- Prepare regular reports and KPI analyses for the regional retail manager; liaise with logistics, buying and marketing teams on stock allocations and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing a multi‑staff retail store, preferably within fashion or outlet operations.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience meeting sales targets and managing basic P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruitment, coaching and conflict resolution.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising and loss‑prevention practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least some experience in an outlet, off-price or high-volume store environment; prior exposure to fashion merchandise is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion management or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
