Role & Responsibilities
- Process all inventory and stock transactions accurately and within required timeframes to support store sales productivity
- Perform weekly cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and submit adjustments in a timely manner
- Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments via Best Store/RPro and FedEx/UPS within 24 hours
- Maintain and organize the stockroom according to men and women's style categories, ensuring merchandise is readily accessible for sales colleagues
- Monitor consignment inventory and negative reports daily
- Inspect store stock for defects and report damages to management
- Ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor according to company standards and communicate new deliveries to the store team
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning procedures to maintain department and store standards
- Follow all store opening and closing procedures
- Report and follow up on unresolved service tickets related to store equipment and software with IT and corporate office
- Mentor and develop newly hired staff on job requirements, company policies, and procedures
- Monitor and process online orders daily via designated platform
Qualifications
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours daily
- Capacity to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and repetitively
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders repetitively
- Strong vision capabilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role within a fashion retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
