OTB Spa hiring Operations Associate at Jil Sander NorthPark store in Dallas, TX; $18–$20/hr for inventory and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process all inventory and stock transactions accurately and on a timely basis to support store sales productivity
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of store goals and retail policies
- Assure merchandise is represented on sales floor according to company standards and communicate new deliveries to store team
- Complete weekly cycle counts and communicate completion to corporate office by month-end
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and submit adjustments in a timely manner
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments via BestStore/Rpro and FedEx/UPS, verifying merchandise within 24 hours
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom at all times, organized by men's and women's styles for sales accessibility
- Monitor and process orders via online platform daily
- Report and follow up on store equipment and software issues with IT and corporate office
- Display leadership qualities by helping develop newly acquired staff and ensuring understanding of job requirements
- Examine and inspect store stock for defects and report damages to management
- Monitor consignment inventory and submit negative reports as required
Qualifications
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs repetitively
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders repetitively
- Proficiency with color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Experience
Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market; preferred 3+ years in high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer.
