OTB | Milan — Merchandising Coordinator. Support buying, range planning, inventory and commercial reporting for OTB's fashion brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the buying and merchandising teams in assortment planning, range construction and SKU-level decisions across seasonal collections.
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports: sell-through, stock position, open-to-buy and weekly/monthly sales performance analyses.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning, logistics and stores to optimise stock flow and minimise obsolescence.
- Track samples and development timelines; coordinate between design, production and quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Assist with pricing, margin and costing analysis to support commercial targets and promotional strategies.
- Contribute to product lifecycle administration within PLM/ERP systems and ensure accurate product data across channels.
- Support ad hoc market and competitor analysis, and prepare presentations for range reviews and buy meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, business, economics or related discipline preferred.
- Strong numerical literacy with proven ability to manipulate and interpret sales and inventory data.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise cross-functionally across design, planning, production and retail.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of margin, pricing and assortment strategies in fashion.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of practical experience in merchandising, buying support, planning or commercial analysis within apparel/fashion; experience in a multi-brand or wholesale environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, economics or a related field preferred.
