OTB / Staff International — Junior Ready-to-Wear Merchandiser in Milan. Support assortment planning, costing and PLM for seasonal RTW collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support seasonal range planning and assortment development for ready-to-wear collections, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and brand positioning.
- Prepare and maintain line sheets, tech packs and costing documentation; assist with margin and price-point analysis.
- Manage PLM entries and maintain accurate product data across lifecycle stages; coordinate updates with design and production teams.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, sourcing, sales) and external suppliers to follow fabric, trims and sample approvals.
- Monitor inventory, annotate sell-through trends and contribute to open-to-buy and replenishment recommendations.
- Assist in preparing pre-season and in-season reports, sales forecasts and presentation materials for commercial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, fashion design, business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong numerical aptitude with demonstrable experience in assortment planning, basic costing and margin analysis.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator able to work across design, production and commercial teams; proactive problem-solver.
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Italian advantageous for roles based in Italy.

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ready-to-wear merchandising, buying support or assortment planning within fashion or apparel brands.
Education
Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, fashion business, business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
