Role & Responsibilities

  • Support material sourcing and research for knitwear: yarns, trims and components.
  • Prepare technical specification sheets (tech packs) and enter product master data and codifications into the PLM system.
  • Assist in seasonal collection development and track style advancement through sampling stages.
  • Compile and transmit documentation and technical instructions for prototyping and sample production to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage production orders (commesse) and maintain accurate project tracking and status updates.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Practical experience (brief) in product development or technical roles with specific exposure to knitwear.
  • Proven ability to prepare technical documentation and follow sampling workflows.
  • Strong organisational skills and accuracy in data entry and codification.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
