OTB Group (Staff International) seeks a Junior Merchandiser RTW in Noventa Vicentina, Italy — support merchandising, data analysis and pricing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and assortment statistical data (sell-through, collection structure, seasonal performance) to support merchandising decisions.
- Prepare and contribute to collection briefings, ensuring product alignment with commercial objectives.
- Support presentation materials and training for the sales force during collection launches.
- Assist with pricing activities, contributing to price architecture and margin considerations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales campaigns and promotional activity.
- Contribute to product merchandising, segmentation and range planning across assortments.
Qualifications
- Structured academic background in fashion or retail (Bachelor’s in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Business or similar; Master’s in Fashion Management/Merchandising preferred).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/CERCA.X, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (sell-through, stock, sell-out).
- High degree of precision, attention to detail and methodical approach to data.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within a merchandising team.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.

Experience
Entry-level role suited to candidates with academic training in fashion/retail and practical exposure through internships or up to 2 years' experience in merchandising, retail analytics or related functions.
Education
Degree in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Retail Management, Business or a related discipline; postgraduate study (e.g., Master in Fashion Management or Merchandising) is an advantage.
