Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal assistance to various corporate departments.
  • Draft and negotiate national and international contracts, focusing on commercial distribution such as agency, franchising, distribution, and e-commerce, as well as a broad range of contracts including supply, real estate, procurement, and consultancy.
  • Manage relationships with licensors.
  • Assist and support in M&A activities.
  • Coordinate with external law firms for litigation management.
  • Draft legal opinions.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including secretarial duties, drafting minutes for assemblies and board meetings, and preparing powers of attorney and delegations.
  • Monitor relevant legal regulations.
  • Provide legal and corporate assistance to national and international subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate activities with OTB S.p.A. and other group companies, including drafting intercompany contracts and coordinating framework agreements.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law and completion of legal practice.
  • 2-3 years of experience in leading international law firms and/or legal departments of well-structured international companies.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, including legal English.

Skills

Proactive character with a focus on achieving objectives and persistence in task completion. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work both in a team and independently under pressure. Flexibility and dynamism.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in leading international law firms and/or legal departments of well-structured international companies.
