OTB Spa seeks an Integrated Planning Product Specialist in Breganze to support Corporate Performance Management platforms and applications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee evolutionary activities on the Board platform, particularly within the FP&A domain, including collection and translation of user functional requirements, management of minor change requests, and coordination with external system integrators
- Provide end-user support on planning, closing, and reporting modules during planning processes and monthly close cycles
- Create and maintain user and technical documentation, including screen captures, process flows, and configuration specifications
- Translate functional user requirements into technical implementations
- Coordinate with external system integrators on platform development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Engineering or related discipline
- 2–3 years of professional experience developing on the Board platform
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of professional development experience on the Board platform; prior exposure to Oracle HFM and FP&A functional issues is strongly preferred. Candidates with varying seniority levels will be considered, with final positioning commensurate with demonstrated expertise and experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Management Engineering or related quantitative discipline preferred.

This position is based in Breganze, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Vicenza.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 40,000 to EUR 45,000 per annum.
