Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to transform client experiences into memorable moments, driving individual and team objectives.
  • Achieve commercial targets through effective team organization and product management.
  • Enhance commercial performance through product knowledge, sales analysis, and stock management.
  • Coach and provide feedback to ensure clients receive the highest standard of experience.
  • Drive the omni-channel experience and utilize digital resources for communication.
  • Empower and motivate the team to deliver an elevated customer experience.
  • Build a client book to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy for optimal sales performance.
  • Contribute to business action plans to enhance sales across product categories.
  • Demonstrate best-in-class sales and customer service on the selling floor.
  • Ensure efficiency in clientelling, display, and merchandise management.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and optimize stock management.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing annual closures and inventories.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retail.
  • In-depth product knowledge of women's fashion, including RTW, shoes, and accessories.
  • Experience in training, empowering, and motivating teams.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Russian is advantageous.

Experience
