OTB — Milan: In-Store Client Developer & Deputy Store Manager. Lead client development, support store operations and coach the sales team in a luxury retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive client development and retention through proactive clienteling, personalised outreach and relationship management to maximise lifetime value.
- Act as deputy to the Store Manager: lead day‑to‑day store operations, ensure visual and service standards, and step in to manage the store during the manager's absence.
- Coach, mentor and schedule sales teams; deliver regular performance feedback and support skill development in luxury service and product knowledge.
- Manage sales targets and KPI reporting, analyse local sales performance and translate insights into actionable in‑store initiatives.
- Coordinate inventory control, merchandising replenishment and stock management in collaboration with head office and supply teams.
- Support local marketing and event execution to drive footfall and strengthen brand presence in the catchment area.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, loss‑prevention procedures and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client‑centric mindset, comfortable with high‑touch personalised service.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, with sound organisational and time‑management skills.
- Fluent English and local language proficiency preferred (specific language requirements depend on store location).
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in retail sales within premium or luxury brands, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or assistant management capacity. Experience in clienteling, CRM-driven selling and team coaching is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
