OTB Spa HSE Specialist opening in Breganze, Italy. Support occupational safety, environmental compliance, and HSE management across luxury fashion manufacturing sites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with HSE performance improvements and compliance verification across assigned operational sites
- Organize and coordinate personnel training, information, and instruction programs on health and safety matters
- Collaborate with the Competent Physician and coordinate occupational health initiatives
- Manage and review personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and evaluate improvement proposals
- Serve as Assistant to the Prevention and Protection Service (ASPP) per D.Lgs. 81/08
- Conduct continuous verification of HSE legislation compliance in coordination with internal and external consultants
- Support the development and maintenance of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR)
- Manage HSE and facility aspects for external contractor activities and perform periodic interferential risk assessments
- Support the development and maintenance of emergency management plans and procedures
- Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and HSE non-conformances to identify corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain and update ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification standards
- Update and manage the internal Q81 HSE WEB APP software system
- Manage HSE-related documentation and archives
- Oversee waste disposal management and verify regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering or Occupational Health and Safety Techniques
- ASPP qualifications: completion of Module A and Module B training as required by Italian HSE legislation
- 2–3 years of prior experience in a similar HSE specialist or occupational safety role
- Demonstrated knowledge of D.Lgs. 81/2008 (Italian Health and Safety at Work Decree) and D.Lgs. 152/2006 (Environmental Code)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent Italian (implied by role location and regulatory context); English language proficiency preferred

Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management or occupational safety specialist roles, with demonstrated familiarity with Italian legislative frameworks and manufacturing or multi-site operational environments.
Education
Technical diploma; or Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational health and safety techniques, or a closely related discipline. Completion of ASPP (Assistant to the Prevention and Protection Service) Module A and Module B training is mandatory.
