OTB seeks a Global Total Reward & Performance Manager in Breganze, Italy to lead compensation, benefits and performance strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement a coherent global total rewards strategy covering base pay, short- and long-term incentives, benefits and recognition programmes aligned to business objectives.
- Lead annual salary review and bonus processes; design and maintain competitive salary bands, pay structures and job grading frameworks.
- Develop and manage global performance management frameworks, KPIs and calibration processes that drive accountability and development.
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay‑equity analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate reward strategy into local implementation plans and change initiatives.
- Manage third‑party relationships (compensation consultants, benefits vendors) and steward vendor deliverables and surveys.
- Own reward-related governance, documentation and communications; prepare executive reports and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, reporting and HRIS-enabled processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline; master’s degree or advanced certification preferred.
- Proven expertise in compensation design, benefits strategy and performance management in multinational environments.
- Demonstrable experience managing global reward programmes and job grading systems.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to shape reward decisions and present to senior leadership.
- High level commercial acumen and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience
Typically 6+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on total rewards and performance in a multinational or multi‑brand organisation. Experience leading global programmes and working with senior leadership is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field; a master’s degree or reward-related certification is preferred.
