Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate maintenance of general accounting records for monthly and annual financial closures, including compliance with international accounting standards IFRS/IAS for group consolidated financial statements.
- Periodically verify economic and asset entries, coordinating reconciliation and adjustment operations.
- Support general accounting activities for Italian subsidiaries.
- Verify the accurate accounting of the French foreign establishment, liaising with local consultants.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the financial statements for Italian companies and the consolidated financial statements of the French foreign establishment.
- Assist the Administrative Manager with tax compliance, interacting with the designated tax consultant.
- Monitor payment flows in coordination with the Group's centralized treasury.
- Prepare reports on short and medium-to-long-term financial forecasts.
- Support activities conducted by the Audit Firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics
- 5 – 7 years of prior experience in administrative roles within structured environments or at auditing firms or accounting firms
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SAP/FI application is preferred
