OTB is hiring an FP&A Manager in Milan to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for its fashion brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidated budgeting, forecasting and monthly reforecast processes for assigned brands and corporate entities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow outputs.
- Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning, new initiatives, pricing decisions and promotional effectiveness assessments.
- Produce insightful management reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Partner with commercial, merchandising and operations teams to provide forward-looking business partnering, cost control and margin improvement guidance.
- Drive variance analysis versus budget/forecast and explain key movements to business stakeholders; propose and monitor corrective actions.
- Manage capital expenditure planning, business case assessment and post-investment reviews.
- Support month-end close / consolidation activities as required and coordinate with accounting to ensure consistent accounting treatments and accurate reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and automation of FP&A deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; advanced degree (MSc, MBA) or professional qualification (CFA, ACCA) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for FP&A deliverables, ideally including line management or project leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations for commercial teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the capacity to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, retail or other consumer goods industries; prior exposure to multi-brand, multi-entity reporting and business partnering is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; master's degree or professional qualification (CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
