OTB Group (Staff International) in Marostica, Italy seeks a Footwear Technical Data Specialist to manage PLM data, BOMs and sample launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and verify product master data and related records across the product lifecycle to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update product compositions and corresponding customs/tariff classifications.
  • Update and control bills of materials (BOMs) and technical data from sample phase through production release.
  • Coordinate sample order launches, create and maintain order records, and ensure timely execution of sample deliveries.
  • Review cost sheets to inform BOM updates and support accurate cost tracking.
  • Enter and manage size data intended for the final customer and maintain internal/external format templates.
  • Monitor development calendars and coordinate with Product, Planning and Industrialisation teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in technical development, product data management or a related role within footwear or fashion production.
  • Proven experience with PLM systems and Stealth 3000.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally under tight timelines.

Experience
