OTB Group is seeking a Footwear R&D Intern in Marostica, Italy. This role offers hands-on experience in footwear development within a leading luxury fashion group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in collection moodboard meetings.
- Conduct analysis and research on materials such as uppers, soles, components, and accessories.
- Engage in model research, selection, and development meetings at production sources.
- Collaborate with technical teams, modelers, and prototype developers from supplier companies.
- Assist in the creation and revision of technical sheets.
- Analyze technical feasibility and product improvement.
- Support testing and industrialization activities.
- Research new technologies, materials, and production processes.
- Manage collection progress and communication with supplier companies.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate from a Polytechnic/Technical Institute in footwear or related fields.
- Interest in footwear and product development processes.
- Basic knowledge of footwear construction.
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork ability and technical curiosity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Romans CAD) is a plus.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.
Education
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant technical or polytechnic program.
