Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with modeling, assembly, stitching, and quality departments to resolve technical issues.
- Verify the correct execution of treatments on leather, including effects, colors, and finishes.
- Manage and train department personnel.
- Oversee the proper use of machinery, equipment, and products.
- Monitor defects and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in footwear finishing department with technical expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of materials (leathers, soles, accessories) and finishing treatments.
- Proficiency in using finishing machinery (brushers, polishers, etc.).
- Attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Organizational and personnel management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage urgent situations.
