OTB Group is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to support its Group treasury development, financial planning and reporting processes, working across finance and business functions. The role covers short-term planning, net financial position monitoring, budget and forecast support, funding, financial analysis and management reporting; the package is governed by the Textile Industry CCNL, level 5th/6th, with an annual gross salary of €28,000–€32,000 and a Company Bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update short-term financial plans and estimate the Group’s net financial position.
- Periodically monitor the net financial position and related variances.
- Support budget and forecast processes and define the related parameters and scenarios.
- Identify and monitor the Group’s financing needs and associated funding coverage.
- Support funding activities and manage relationships with credit institutions, including monitoring credit facilities.
- Monitor and analyse the Group’s financial expenses.
- Support financial analysis for special projects and extraordinary transactions, including M&A, financing and valuations.
- Calculate indicators supporting business valuations, such as cost of debt and WACC.
- Analyse variances and prepare periodic management reports.
- Contribute to the development of models, processes and tools supporting financial planning.
- Collaborate with management and other finance and business functions, particularly Group Controlling and Administration, to review and improve financial planning for the Group and its brands.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or equivalent background.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in financial planning, treasury or corporate finance.
- Good knowledge of international and Italian accounting principles and consolidation practices.
- Knowledge of cash-flow analysis and working-capital dynamics.
- Basic knowledge of financial contracts and foreign-exchange and financial markets.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP, Piteco and BOARD is preferred.
- Analytical and quantitative aptitude, with strong analysis and synthesis skills.
- Results-oriented approach.
- Accuracy, punctuality and ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork skills and effective communication.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 32,000 per annum.
