OTB Spa seeks Finance & Controlling Intern in Breganze to support management control operations across the fashion group for 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation of Excel files for cost and revenue analysis by cost centre and project
- Update management reporting templates via Excel and Business Intelligence systems
- Prepare periodic PowerPoint presentations to support management decision-making
- Reconcile data between operational systems and general accounting records
- Monitor and validate principal operational and financial KPIs
- Assist with monthly close procedures, including data collection, consistency verification, and file uploads
- Support budget and forecast preparation through data entry and preliminary data verification
- Maintain and update internal databases
- Participate in operational meetings with business functions to gather information and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Management, Business Engineering or related discipline
- Proficient Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation
- Foundational knowledge of balance sheet and accounting concepts
- Precision, meticulous attention to detail, and strong deadline management capability
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate clearly
- English language knowledge preferred

Experience
No prior professional experience required; finance or accounting coursework or internships beneficial.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Management, Business Engineering or related discipline.

This position is based in Breganze, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Vicenza.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 700 per month.
