OTB is hiring a Digital Analytics Specialist in Milan, Italy — lead measurement, dashboards and experimentation for the group's digital commerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital measurement strategy across web, mobile and commerce touchpoints to support commercial and marketing objectives.
- Implement and maintain tagging and data collection via Google Tag Manager and server-side solutions; ensure data quality and governance.
- Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / Tableau and SQL to deliver actionable insights to marketing, e‑commerce and product teams.
- Conduct cohort, funnel and attribution analyses to identify conversion levers and support paid and organic performance optimisation.
- Partner with CRM, UX, product and paid media teams to design experiments (A/B tests), translate results into prioritised recommendations and measure uplift.
- Manage analytics platform migrations and upgrades (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics), liaising with engineering and external vendors when required.
- Train stakeholders on metrics, tagging requirements and self-service analytics; document technical specifications and business definitions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics) and tag management (Google Tag Manager).
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation; experience with BigQuery or similar databases preferred.
- Experience building dashboards and visualisations in Looker Studio, Tableau or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and basic statistical methods for experiment analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills and a collaborative, cross-functional working style.

Mid-level candidate with approximately 3–5 years of hands-on digital/web analytics experience, ideally within e‑commerce, fashion or premium retail environments. Proven track record of driving measurement strategy, dashboarding and experimentation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, economics, marketing, computer science or a related quantitative discipline.
